Where Entertainment meets Art.

Setvélo is the booking marketplace for live entertainment. Find the right artist or band, agree on a fair price, and lock the date with a deposit — while artists build a verified track record from every real gig.

For hosts & businesses

From “we need a band” to a confirmed date

1

Discover

Browse artists and bands by genre, act, and city — watch their performance reels, listen to their work, and read reviews from real bookings.

2

Agree on the price

Post your event and let artists apply, or request an act directly on a date they have open. Make an offer, hear theirs, and settle on a number both sides like — in writing, in one place.

3

Book with a deposit

A 25% deposit locks the date. The artist is committed, you are committed, and the balance is only due after the show.

4

Run the event

Invitations, RSVPs, and tickets for your guests — and every conversation with your act stays on Setvélo, from first message to final encore.

For artists & bands

Your talent, on the record

1

Build your stage presence

Your profile carries your reels, repertoire, packages, and prices. Your bands are their own brands — name, photo, members, and a manager as the single point of contact.

2

Get booked two ways

Apply to open gigs posted by hosts and venues, or receive direct invitations when someone wants you on a specific date.

3

Negotiate like a pro

Counter, accept, and confirm — the price conversation is structured, documented, and fair to both sides.

4

Get paid, get credit

The deposit commits the booker before you commit your night. Revenue splits across band members are set once and applied to every payout. And every completed gig builds your verified Track Record.

Why Setvélo

See the act before you book the act

Discovery on Setvélo is a feed of real performance video — not a wall of text listings. You know exactly what shows up on your stage.

Bands are first-class

A band is its own brand with its own profile, manager, and fan base — and revenue splits between members are handled by the platform, not a spreadsheet.

The Track Record

Every completed booking becomes a verified line in the artist’s history — the event, the date, the band, the review. It can’t be bought and it can’t be faked, because every line was a real, paid gig.

No bid wars, no surprises

Transparent pricing, structured negotiation, and a deposit that means a confirmed date is actually confirmed.

Pricing without the fine print

No subscriptions, no listing fees, no pay-to-rank. Setvélo earns money only when a booking actually happens.

2%

Booker processing fee

Added at checkout to cover payment processing. That’s the only fee bookers pay.

10%

Artist service fee

Taken from completed bookings only — covering payments, protection, and the platform.

25%

Deposit locks the date

Non-refundable, so a confirmed booking means commitment on both sides. Balance due after the event.

Questions, answered

What kind of acts are on Setvélo?

Musicians, singers, bands, DJs, dancers, comedians, MCs, and more — solo artists and full ensembles, for everything from weddings and private dinners to corporate events and recurring venue residencies.

How does pricing work?

Every act sets a starting price and most offer packages. The final price is whatever you and the artist agree on in the negotiation — there are no hidden markups on top of it.

What does Setvélo charge?

Bookers pay a 2% processing fee at checkout. Artists pay a 10% service fee on completed bookings. Listing, browsing, applying, and messaging are free for everyone.

What is the deposit?

Booking is confirmed with a 25% deposit, which is non-refundable — that’s what makes a confirmed date real for the artist. The remaining balance is due after the event.

What happens if an act cancels?

Cancellations are rare because artists stake their Track Record on every booking. If it happens, Setvélo helps you re-match with comparable available acts for your date.

How do bands split the money?

Each band sets its revenue split once — across members, including a manager’s cut if they have one — and every payout follows it automatically.
